Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Whisk together eggs, vegetables and meat, then add salt and pepper as you like.
  3. Pour the mixture into approximately 9 muffin cups.
  4. Top with a sprinkle of cheese or a dollop of chutney.
  5. Bake for 15 - 20 mins until vegetables and meat are cooked and the top is brown.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  7. Store in the fridge and enjoy for breakfast!
