Yum yum yummy!! This traditional tasting Tikka paste is great with chicken or fish. This recipe can be swapped for any of those in the 10 Week Challenge meal plans and can easily make it dairy free too. Chicken Tikka is something the whole family will love!

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken on fish into bite size pieces and put to the side.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together in large bowl until paste like in texture.
  3. Add chicken or fish to the bowl and coat in the paste.
  4. Marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes but but to 2 hours.
  5. Place in a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees C in a preheated oven.
  6. You could also put onto skewers and bake as per above.
  7. Serve with vegetables, however you like them (as per picture).
