Type 2 Diabetes – GONE!

Check out this amazing series of photos from our participant Sharlene. The first picture is back in April 2016 at the start of her first round of 10 Week Challenge, the middle is July after completing her first round, and the last photo on the right is September after completing her second round!

In 20 weeks, Sharlene has lost 24.3kg, 73.5cm overall and most exciting of all… she no longer has type 2 diabetes!

She says she is sleeping well, has very limited body aches and is feeling a lot more motivated!

Her advice? “Take one day at a time – don’t beat yourself up if you have a bad day; just make the following days count!”
