Mixed Berry Chia Jam

So easy I don't know why it took me so long! The kids are really enjoying this on fresh homemade bread, yoghurt or sometimes they just sneak on it's own. This jam is also refined sugar free!


Mixed Berry Chia Jam

Ingredients:
2 cups of Frozen Berries (I love Raspberries but use whatever you like the most)
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup or Honey (optional)

Method:
Heat the berries in a saucepan on the stove until hot.
Mashed them with a potato masher, then add the chia seeds and honey.
Mix to combine and then pour it into a jar.
Easy!

Store in the fridge and keep for up to 2 weeks, if it lasts that long.
