This super quick to make Christmas Cake is similar enough to a traditional Christmas Fruit Cake but way tastier that even the kids will love it. I don’t really like traditional Christmas Cakes so if you are like me, then this recipe for you!

The only preparation you will need to do is get the orange boiling away about an hour before you start to the make the cake, but otherwise, start to baked – this cake will take about an hour to make.
