At the 10 Week Challenge we focus on reducing the amount of sugar is our foods, even in our 'sweet' treats. This chocolate brownie is awesome because it has only 1/4 cup of added sweetness and even hides a vegetable in it. Give it ago! We thank Grace's Quest for this recipe. This recipe it gluten, dairy and nut free! Making it also very budget friendly.

Ingredients
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 180ºC.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Place mixture in a square tray lined with baking paper. I used a silicon baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes in the dish until slightly cool and then carefully tip onto a cooling tray.
  6. Serve slightly warm with whipped cream, coconut cream, greek yogurt or berries!
Recipe Notes

If you are taking this to a event where the people are used to a little bit more sweetness than you, add in some chunks of 70% dark chocolate. Or serve with a homemade chocolate sauce made of melted 70% dark chocolate and cream/coconut cream, mixed together over low heat.
