Ingredients
- 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 Medium Banana
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk (full fat)
- 1 tspn Vanilla Essence

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a kitchen blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into 6-8 ice block moulds.
- Freeze for 2 hours before eating.
Recipe Notes
You can swap the raspberries for other fruit such as pineapple or strawberries!
