Place spice mix into a glass jar that is air tight.
To make your curry, place 2 teaspoons of the Masala spice mix in a saucepan with melted coconut oil and then add 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. Cook the spices at a low for about a minutes before adding your other ingredients and coconut cream.
