Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Put Coconut oil in first, then all remaining ingredients into a microwaveable pyrex dish.
  2. Microwave on high for 60 seconds, then remove and stir well.
  3. Microwave for another 30 seconds, remove and stir again.
  4. Pour into chocolate mould of your choice or ice cube tray and place in the freezer for approx 60 minutes to set.
  5. Eat!
Recipe Notes

These can also be made using a double boiler method if you don't have or like microwaves.

The carob powder is sweeter than the cocoa, so you may wish to use less honey when using carob.
