“I think the 10 week challenge is an amazing programme to be part of to learn about good nutrition and behavioural habits. It is a super supportive environment with easy to digest information. For my journey the biggest difference was my change in mindset. This wasn’t just the progressive mindset change that comes when you appreciate what good food and positive behaviours do towards a more positive life but also exploring the deep down ingrained mindset developed through my whole life about food and body image and body weight!”
