10 weeks and 10.1kg down for Robert and doesn’t he look amazing!?
Here’s what he has to say about the challenge:
“I don’t have to hold my breath to tie my shoes because my stomach doesn’t get in the way. But beyond that, I have more energy. The major change has been my increase in stamina, 10 weeks ago I couldn’t go 10 minutes on a cross trainer at level 4. Today I did 20 at level 11. My results to date are 10.1 kgs down and more importantly 7.5% less body fat.”
