Stop Diabetes!

Stop Diabetes!

“My hubby is Type 2 Diabetic and since starting the 10 Week Challenge & changing his way he eats his blood sugars have come down to normal range! They now between 4-8, previously he couldn’t get hem under 12. His Diabetes nurse is extremely happy with his blood work and he has lost 5 kgs too.

My sister is also Type 1 Diabetic and underwent a kidney transplant June ’15.  She has lived with us for the last 6 weeks therefore eating the same food. She has lost weight which the transplant medication had piled on and has had to reduce her insulin! Her kidney specialist even rung her to ask what she was doing different as her blood work is all excellent (they only ever call of there is an issue in her blood work)!”
